Yep.

Whatever the ins and outs of that second half, truth is we should have gone in 3 up with the game over and didn’t because for two windows we haven’t signed a centre forward despite the manager wanting one as a priority.

if that the case why authrise lowe's siging when we dont play wingers? Cooper has been given (or assembled) one of the strongest squads in the league and doesnt use it

What makes you think Lowe was Cooper’s choice?

Anyway, if we have one of the strongest squads, we are in one of the strongest positions, so all is good. We’ve played badly for a few games, we played as well first half today as we have for ages, but didn’t convert our chances, a natural goal scorer and we’d have been out of sight. Let’s hope we can get some points over the next couple of games to make up for it.

we were excellent first half. Poor finishing or a freak GK performance is the question

Poor finishing, almost everything he saved was straight at him - thats the difference between natural goalscorers and our team

Steve Cooper is purple in that press conference. I'm sure he would benefit from shouting now and again. He looks like he's boiling from the inside out.
Start throwing crockery and calling them all the cnts under the sun Stevo. You need to channel your inner Malcom Tucker.

I hope he is mad at himself for another display of bad game management.

TBF their goalkeeper’s positioning was very good.
Cabango was probably too close, Bidwell was well defended.
More annoyed with Dhanda for being indecisive.
Fact is Pearson out thought Cooper and we did what we have done so often under Cooper.. play well then come out for 2nd half and capitulate.
Where was Hourihane in open play?

Definitely on the first half, one ofthe best 45 minutes we have put in for some time. But we don't take the chances and then they come back and haunt us.

Not sure we can fully account for the clusterfuck that was any of their goals mind but we should have been out of sight by then

A massive oversight by those running the show

Steve Cooper runs the show in fairness, he can cross his arms and gurn all he wants, but fact is, and it was glaringly obvious after 50 minutes change was needed, Pearson went to a flat back four and pushed on, the longer it went on the clearer it became, to most anyway 😉
