Don’t care what people say next season we need a better keeper than Woodman.

That is what people say isn't it? If not, they need to be hit over the head with their white stick.

Yep. There have been the usual suspects who have gone way over the top with their criticism, but we need to be looking for a new keeper and let them battle it out with Benda to be first choice.

Even if we had won today, Brentfords GD means that if they win the game in hand they go above us.
Edit. My mistake. Would have given us a 1 point advantage over Brentford, assuming they win against the Turds.

Pissed off, disappointed, frustrated and yet a little elated at the end. Very odd

Great comeback but we threw away a huge chance to catch up with Watford today. Playing bottom of the league at home, it can't get any better.

And for about 60 minutes of that match the team bottom were the best side. Awful today. Really sh*t. We didn't work as a team and there were so many really bad performances. Hard to single anyone out, but Lowe was really poor. Manning was poor. Hourihane was missing as usual. Dhanda (no surprise, as when have we ever seen him impose himself on a game?) and Whitaker were utterly pointless subs. Jay can feel hard done by, he battled really well and was in the game more than Smith.

The players were to blame for today, not Cooper. They were too slow in everything they did. But it's also another poor show from Cooper - he couldn't change anything up mid game as usual, and none of his subs improved things, except Cullen (who should have come on when Ayew went off).

We are a point closer to Watford. We were 2-0 down with 10 mins to go. I'll take it. LFG fkers.

That's an odd stance while we're in this league - Woodman is twice the keeper of Benda. We'd struggle in the PL with him (ha, not happening any time soon), but he's far from the weakest link in this team.

I don't think we've seen enough of Benda to make a definitive statement like that. He earned rave reviews just one division below this league and more importantly, he's our player rather than a loanee.

I've seen enough of Woodman now to say he's a decent keeper, but nothing special. Even if he's a little bit better than Benda, Steven is 2 years younger. I'd rather take a chance on him next season in the Championship and use that loan spot in another position. If by some miracle we got promoted, we'd need to look elsewhere for a Vorm style signing.

The calls from some to replace Freddie with Hamer are what I would call a truly odd stance.

Serious fuck up by Cooper again. Get him out - proper chance to put pressure on Watford and he plays five at the back against the bottom fucking side when’s we’ve just won two on the bounce playing good stuff: fuck off coward

Except he didn't play 5 at the back. Did you see the game?

Obviously you saw the lineup but didn't watch the game and assumed that Roberts played right wing back?
It was obvious from kick off that we played a back four with Roberts forward.
We played 4 3 3.

Not gonna add to all the criticism cos yer all right. But wanna say am chuft for young Cullen , this lad bleeds black n white, and if Ayew is crocked, then hope Cooper gives him a proper go. Play offs just bout guaranteed, so play 3 strikers here on in...what's the worst can happen? Just fckn go for it.

We played five defenders against the bottom fucking side which is unforgiveable

Except as many have pointed out Roberts was playing as a winger and most definitely not as a wing back.
That said however I do wonder at Cooper's decision making, playing a right back as a winger and two wingers as forwards (Lowe and Routledge)
Especially given the quality we saw of Cullen's bench cameo today

Yes its no point moaning and bitching, its done now, the players imo started the game with arrogance and no respect towards wycombe who are a half decent side, we let them run the game, we played at half pace when we should have been more energetic, if we had showed the attacking intent at the start of the game instead of when they scored their goals we would have won it, didnt help losing ayew so early but you just have to get on with it.

Ateotd we should have a place in the play offs booked so we should be playing with attacking intent, let's just go for it in the next three games as we might have a chance of second place when we play watford.

On a positive note, its good to see cullen back and nabbing a goal will do his confidence good, he will give us another attacking option.
