• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Obviously I'll take the 3 points anyway we can get them, but this is a disappointing step backwards in performance after the last 2 games.

Andre going off will have had a major impact of course, but Cooper needs to make adjustments at half-time to get us playing. You could double Wycombe's points and they'd still be 8 behind us. Need to start showing that difference in class.

Was anyone really expecting any different from us playing the bottom of the league?

No pressing, no crisp passing, no tempo. Like a summer kick in the park.

Aye, there is no urgency, we are letting them dictate the pace of the game, we are playing on our heels not our toes, going backwards and not forwards.

Touch wood they will pick up in the second and on a positive we have several decent attacking options in whittaker, dhanda and cullen.

The pitch is odd today. Obviously wet because players are slipping but it seems dry on top - the ball is holding up. Need to give it a good soaking at HT.

I wonder if Christiano, all the way from Brazil, will get a mention today.

After palying badly for a while we lose games and switch to 433, play much better and win a couple....so what do we do?

We're playing 433 today. Which game are you watching?

Or actually, you could argue it's a 442.

Looks 4-4-2 to me. It's not formation, it's attitude. We are on the back foot, passive, slow and negative again. The image of our manager. Again.

Agreed - except for the manager part. There is no way Cooper sends them out to play like this. We can't seem to hold onto the ball. Lowe's touch has gone again. Routledge's touch has gone again. Hourihane can't pass, etc.

Beauty. Attacking play, passing and ambition rewarded. Well deserved.

Let's see what we're made of now then.

Nice goal by Gundogan there. Wycombe must have sold half the town to get him.
