Time for you to take a closer look at what Grimesy gives us, Skip - plenty of material on this thread alone mate

What was that, his first goal in 80 years.. he's still an average plodder, in so many ways etc

You have to be a crazy fit team to play a high tempo pressing defensive style. It's the right tactic against us, but only a handful of teams can play it for long periods. Once we got hold of the ball and they dropped off a little the spaces came. Hopefully, they can die off early second half too. Latibeaudiere actually seems to be able to keep pace with his marker, so makes you think what genuine pace out there would accomplish.

Never a dull moment watching us. Except for the dull moments.

Yeah but they're usually in the first half - all part of the cunning plan to dupe the oppo - and come out all guns a-blazing for the finale.

It's clearly a tactic, no doubt.

I see we are using pace and width again with that lineup. I'm not hopeful of creating a lot again

Eh ?

Dangerous tactic, but I tend to agree, we'll be better second half. I think we've got this. However, our defence.

Welsh World Cup hopeful playing there. 🤔

It was a tongue in cheek statement, the lack of pace in the team and the lack of wide players worried me in that we would struggle to create decent chances. I'm glad that we have taken what we have created.
