I don't think we've had to work that hard for the goals tbh as the Brum defence has huge holes in it. The number of times Manning and Ntcham have worked an opening behind their defence down our left makes me think we can get another from that side. For Grimes' goal he was easy to pick out because there wasn't a defender near him.

It was a tongue in cheek statement, the lack of pace in the team and the lack of wide players worried me in that we would struggle to create decent chances. I'm glad that we have taken what we have created.

You're right. It seems Martin loves to condense, squeeze and pop a goal through tightening the vice at the core.

Just like the way in which Grimesy dominated the pivot and architected the slide-rule game changer to Manning from the middle for our first goal.
