• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

This is reminding me so much of the game there under Sousa, when we really needed to win and made no real attempt to. Boring as hell and then they nicked it in late with a goal from Maynard.

Our A-game and winning edge is width and pace - we have to have Sagoe and Wilson on the bench instead of C-lister-Cooper

Shemy shoulda scored ffs

Oh Placheta. We really need a bit of composure at the top of the pitch that was a huge chance and he didn't even hit the target

72% Poss. No shots on target. We've been here before.
Luckily Bristol no shots at all.
Yeah and it’s now 7x more shots than them.
And we’re smashing them out wide with far more threat and adventure than we’ve seen in yonks

Has there ever been a game that both teams never had a shot on target? Perhaps a world cup group match where both teams needed a point to qualify.
I vividly remember watching Nigeria vs Someone in the 2014 World Cup and it was without question, the worst game of football I'd ever seen. Still is. Often seen it used as a reference for how dull sport can be

So we’re yet again taking the game to an oppo higher in the table, on their patch, with 150% more possession and 7x more shots - and some still prefer to moan

#entitled or what
