• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Pull your finger out Lukey boy, unless Grimes and co are in charge for this one.

That's us fooked.

What I don't understand is Darling was a doubt for the FA Cup game yet Williams thought it would be a good idea for the lad to sit on coach for 8 hours.

Fuking useless clowns running the club think we can go a whole season playing the same 2 centre backs in every game.

Well that's backfired now hasn't it. And their shortsightedness and stupidity will now probably cost us the derby.

I have never seen us pummelled by the Scum in the League or proper cups since supporting us. I am really fearful for this match. Especially if they get a result midweek. I hope its misplaced fear but everything about us at present is shocking. Gonna need a Curt team talk I think.

Darling felt a strain on his wallet pre match.. best rest for the derby.

Surely the feckless lazy bastards, and the clockwork Yul Brynner, will get up for this?

That said, I think they\ll beat us comfortably and I don’t care much at the moment. They can’t do a doube, and we are a total state. We need all our poison laid bare, and beating them will just allow the bullshit to continue. Obviously it’s hard coded that I’d rejoice in a win, but a loss might strip away the last of the excuses, from Coleman down.

I echo your thoughts there mate

I really hope this is just mind games.

Really, really, really hope it is.

If they're both unavailable & we go into the derby with that back 4, we're f*cked.
Obviously Vigoroux will offer more in goal, but I'm dreading this game already.

Surely, surely, we get a centre-half in before Saturday? We're linked with Low, but even a stop gap emergency loan would do for a game over Christie and Naughton. You can maybe get away with Naughton alongside another genuine partner, but not with Christie.

The lack of preparation and competence surrounding our movement/protection and potential improvement of players around the transfer window is nothing short of utterly pathetic.

Especially as everything was definitely going to be different under the new owners, it just seems to be more of the same. Although I'm not sure why people were so quick to believe Coleman, given we've had a few windows now where he's told us they're all prepared to be very active and do plenty of business and then when the window closes he gives a load of excuses as to why that business wasn't done

VPH has the power in midfield and the craft as well To score we have to play Cullen as as striker and for the last 3 years no one else looks like scoring ever although just how we get goals if this pair are at 9 & 10 is the big money ball question but we have no other chance with other players. ,

They are shit mon. I genuinely don't think they're capable of beating anyone comfortably (Plymouth aside)

Remember they are protesting against tan too so would turn toxic for them if they conceded early
