• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Cause he can't be injured or why put him on the bench, surely ?

Certainly a question that needs asking. When Franco doesn't start we're shit, and when he goes off, we're shit. By any sensible assessment he is our key midfielder and he hasn't got off the bench.

Williams deserves all the flak that comes after this week.

Imagine sitting in that stadium last week at 2-0 up to be told that we'd lose that and the next game. I thought we were better against the shit teams?

A few wins doesn't mean we are a play off team. I'm still looking below us. Its all getting a little uncomfortable.

Going comfortably into the lead before crumbling and coming out with almost nothing was a regular occurrence under Martin too. The more time goes on the more we're starting to look like the worst of him.

I have to say the only positive from today (unless we snatch a very late draw) was Darling's finish. The team selection, the tactics, but worst of all, the lack of fucking effort was fucking shocking.

Thankfully Grimes has been his usual brilliant self today. Right?
Even Grimes is now struggling under Williams - Williams heaps far too much pressure on him to ‘do everything’, ‘be omnipresent’ ….

Williams’ scapegoat, in a selfish self centred snidely way.
