• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Williams is going to throw the players under the bus as he usually does - and they certainly share blame, but this happens far too often, and in the same manner, for him not to be feeling the heat himself. Is this really the ONLY way this squad can play?
Under his fucking minibus more like, useless fud!

On and off the pitch needs a massive rethink

Back to a foreign manager? Someone who can give them a kick up the arse and not be their best mates.
Now might be the time. Time to build for next season.

His win rate is probably no better than Duff's. And he was a fraud. Apparently

Thus far he's looking exactly like what he is. Someone who got sacked at Swindon and needed a big budget to get promoted from non-league. Nothing he's done here or elsewhere suggests that he's up to managing a Championship team.

No plan, no game management, no tactical variety, no initiative. Just a guy who has suckered a lot of people in by being "nice".

If I was a new owner I’d sack him off and get someone with pedigree, heritage and class.

Today's performance was entirely predictable from the moment you saw the starting line-up

The changes were predictable.

Nobody seems allowed to question how we have Franco as our best midfielder but he doesnt have sufficient fitness to play a ninety minute game or two games in a week

We have a captain who is undroppable no matter how many mistakes and poor games he plays and our reliance on the likes of Cullen, Fulton, Tymon and Cabango in the team tells you all you need to know about the shallowness of the squad

Its hard to know whether the manager is up to it or not but nothing has changed in a year so you have to question it
