• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Ji10 comes swansea to play 10 ! he have big eyes for to sees best plays from middle pitch with quick feet and skills
best team with Ji10, Cullan in 9 for to press and runs and scores with fast moves and fast wingers like Bianchi Ronni
he no happy to be always pickd for winger !!?
I bet he's not happy if he was told be a 10 but isn't being played there.

It will entirely depend on the line up for me.
If he's brave and includes some of the youngsters, I may watch. If it's just the same old, I'll have little interest in it.

It's very likely Williams will look to rest players we've had loads of minutes, such as Cullen. However, this would be a good opportunity to try players in the positions they were brought in to play. Bianchini may not have done well out wide so far, but that's his position, so why not have him playing wide and Eom in his preferred 10, with do little to lose? Perhaps Vipotnik up front to rest Cullen and Abdulai in for Ronald.

This is possibly the least I've looked forward to a game in years...
You won't be saying that when our reserves play a riot of attacking vibrant front foot pinball footy and score loads.

You are not alone. I'd be surprised if they get a few dozen and their dogs. Although they will actually win a game for once so they may get more gawking rubberneckers to watch a freak occurrence.

For those travelling Sunday and not aware. The away fans are no longer behind the goal and moved to a corner wedge. Not the best view but we are used to it at our home games.

Judging by Williams' comments we may well go with a strong lineup. Apparently our physical output in the West Brom was tge second highest this season, which is very impressive considering the schedule.

I noticed that during the clip posted earlier.

If that was their second highest of the season, the standard isn't very high which is a concern.

Could explain why we are always blowing out of arse with fifteen minutes to go in most games.

He absolutely needs to field our MVPs. He's in last last chance saloon, again.

Matty so needs a rest, but Williams is 100% dependent upon him to play the winning blueprint.

I'd love to see Matty rested, in the same way Martin rested him for the Cup game vs Saints and played Downs at CDM and captain - warra calamitous outing that was, til Matty came on in the 2nd half to salvage some respect by leading us into extra time

(btw - thx for the sofascore reminder, it is so the business. Matty our top top player as per)

Pretty sure the 4th round draw be done before our game finishes.
Not for a moment thinking we'll be in it.

This match has become absolutely irrelevant now the Martin grudge match angle isn't there. It'll just be two reserve teams looking disjointed. Couldn't care less if we win, lose or draw. We're not good enough for a deep cup run in any case.
And off the back of that, and the match being moved to Sunday, fair play to those travelling down there from South Wales. I considered it, but it took me about 5 seconds to reach the conclusion of ‘bugger that!’.

A crowd of around 8k expected to watch 2 reserves sides. Kids today missing out on what the FA cup meant 30/40 yrs ago.
