• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Down the Swansea.com Stadium for the unreasonable price of £32.50, a category A fixture because we are playing the mighty Coventry City who won the FA Cup in 1987. They also haven’t beaten us since 1982ish. 😉

Visionary ticket office opportunity to watch Grimes in a shiny new sky blue kit.

75 years since they won in Swansea  we haven't played them that many times but damn that's a terrible record.

Well this could be it I fancy. Lose this and joking aside, wer up to our necks in it. Those below have difficult games on paper, so be rather helpful Luke if you could pull yer thumb outa yer arse for once.
Will take a draw right now.

Would be good if the squad can deliver a performance . Think CM selection could be concerning

You're right, I think, that's going to be key. As Williams said in his pre-match, everyone in the squad is totally used to looking for Grimes to pass it to, anywhere sideways or behind them. He's been their crutch, their safety outlet. Now suddenly they're going to have to think about what to do with the ball.
I don't think Fulton can fulfil that role, and Joey can't last 60 minutes, never mind 90. Interesting times.

I wasn't going to bother with this game until the Grimes news broke, but now I can't wait. Just to see what it's going to be like. Genuinely intrigued for the first time in about 6 or 7 years to see how we're going to play.
