Season 24/25 | The Official Match Thread | Swansea City vs Cardiff City | The EFL Championship

Ref didn't have a clue so took the safe option and booked both

In the replays hard to see, Ng and Darling come together forehead to forehead and then Ng throws himself to the floor

A good old fashioned Derby

How we didn't put 4 on them first half I don't know

How they didn't win that second half I don't know

Fair result

Yes, they went head to head but with absolutely no movement NG throws himself to the floor

We didn't make the most of the dominance in the first half.
I think LW got his substitutions wrong in the second.
As pointed out earlier no pace on the wings except a shattered Ronald and four defensive midfielders in Grimes, Fulton, Allen and Abdulai making up the rest of the midfield.

When they attacked and pressed and we made those changes they were the better team. Williams blew it today for me. Tactics and changes. I’d have taken a draw, but not when we go in front after 10 minutes. The longer term problem is we look seriously toothless.

Agree with that, although you would probably have got good odds on there being no cards until 90 minutes had gone!

Looking on the bright side, they still can't do the doube for another season at least.
