• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

I thought we were limited to around 16K maximum at the time.
Sounds right, but this guy reckons we should have at least 1k more than that this season. We chat some shit on here, but 5 minutes on Swans twitter makes us look relatively sane.

Not a clue about the amount, not even a peek so far.
I would be disappointed if there was not an improvement on this time last summer.

Been alot of what in my opinion has been excuses about people not renewing etc but those excuses are now history and the club are certainly being pro active to expect some numbers to return.

Anyone have an idea on numbers so far?
Me my son and 2 mates, all renewed. Really looking forward to it this season, there seems to be an anticipated buzz around the Swans again.

Martinball, Duff football and Lukewarm did my head in, so didn’t renew last season. Paid for a few games though, and thoroughly enjoyed the football when Alan Sheehan took over.
I’m going to bide my time for a while, but I’m getting the vibes I used to feel years ago ie starting to get exited to watch The Swans again.
So as has been said earlier, if the vibe is back, then so will I, at least for the half season ticket ✅

The initiatives to fill the South Stand for the last few games will pay dividends IMO.
I know more than a few people who hadn’t been since covid, took their kids for the Oxford game and were blown away.

The South Stand requires creative commercial management to get that end filled. Do we have that type of quality at the club..

As I'm in USA since 97 I've never been to the stadium. What is the issue with the South Stand that it's not being filled as much as the East West North

The South is mainly a family part of the ground when in our prem days it would be full of fans wanting to see Man Utd and the like. When we got relegated there has been a steady demise of attendance apart from the odd big game.
