I believe Joe Allen who has played at a higher level with more success than almost anyone in this league will become a great manager one day. Alan Sheehan praised Joe;s part in the coching set up last week which was his debut in the dugout. We must keep Alan Sheehan as the man in charge as I heard Cov had lined him up before FL.
