Shamima Begum can return to UK to fight citizenship, Court of Appeal rules

Anyone who agrees with the decision to allow her back into the country, are lunatics.

She should never be allowed back

Do you want her living next door to you ?

If she sets foot on UK soil she should be arrested for treason and when found guilty hung. I’ll happily pull the switch myself for free for this evil bitch

Yeah, and if you set foot in my street you'll be arrested for idiocy.

Do I want YOU living next door to me?

No I effing don't.

Your incontinence is stinking this place out.

Put your nappy back on and get the hell out of here.

I agree with it. She should go through due process like everyone else. It’s why we have laws and courts. The government knew all along this would happen when they stripped her of citizenship. They did it anyway safe in the knowledge that the courts would overturn the decision because, y’know, the law, and then they could say “well we tried but those bloody judges again”. It was pretty transparent all along and I said as much on the old forum at the time. Worked a treat though for the government. Again.

Have the Netherlands let her husband back in yet? Not pretending to know much about the case, only read snippets, but doesn't she also hold Bangladeshi citizenship? Maybe it's best for the court case to be over there, where the death penalty can come into play.

This is someone who has publicly supported the Manchester attacks, beheadings, the rape of Yazidi women, a danger to society.

Yes the law has to be applied to every British citizen

Just a pity a Drone didn't get her

Agreed. Her Children didn't get chance of life because of her, I would have fully supported any effort to get all three sent here for medical assistance and atleast a chance of a normal life, but the road their mother went down completely stripped them of that, horrifying.

I would rather let thousands of genuine refugees the chance of making a life for themselves over here than her returning draining society.

<< There were separate allegations that Begum stitched suicide bombers into explosive vests, so they could not be removed without detonating. >>

On a separate issue, does anybody want to argue that any 15 year old girls who had sex with rich powerful old men at Jeffrey Epsteins house were old enough to know what they were doing.

Therefore they should have no access to the courts or criminal justice system?

Well, our more enlightened ,more liberal, more humane ,better living people believe she has to be treated fairly.I agree with that. She needs to be kept away as there is a risk she "might" still be a danger.Too much risk for me. I would hate anyone to be seeing a police officer knocking on their door to have a body or body part identified as their son/daughter.

She was 15! So what. Its old enough to know blowing pieces to pieces ,multiple rape, stoning adulterers to death or it should be. Radicalised to that? Just what would be attractive to the average 15 yr old girl in that.

Only SHE knows her mind.

Our country has suffered enough with the most evil people imaginable being released to do it all again.

Finally,Christians can be radicalised at 15;they can at 11 if they accept the Lord Jesus as their own personal saviour. They choose a path of life with Him. It's the same concept-Obssession,and it kills.

Imagine being judged for something you did when you were 15...

Barr her from the country...see how that works out when she gets in illegally, with a grudge to bear, backed by the people already in this country, who radicalised her in the first place.

If keeping this former British citizen keeps your family alive, then I'll have that.

You're still in school at 15, you donut, you're very much a kid.

As I illustrated, 'keeping her away' will just make the situation worse. Whereas if she's let in she'll be under constant surveillance.
