There's still a long way to go in this case. The Home Office will definitely appeal this decision and it could eventually end up in the Supreme Court.

Apparently they are.
It is judges who have decided this and it shows just how they think.It (they) terrify me,genuinely.

Ive seen, first hand, the result of bombing and it's not pretty but thoe make these decision are cossotted well away from such evil. It is us ,poor feckers,who are so much at risk.

We have to to all we can to protect our people.This girl did all she could to destroy. Radicalised or not,we are assuming she is somehow fit to mingle amongst the denizens of our towns and cities.It is one hell of a judgement and the most risky one I can imagine.

I would have thought that if she regains her citizenship she'll going on trial and they'll find compelling evidence to convict her of terror offences, and then lock her up for a while. I doubt she'll be out mingling in polite society in any case.
