True, it is ultimately an entertainment business.Dead boring play puts fans to sleep. When we do play well the crowd reacts. Give us something to cheer about Alan!

Where has there been abuse of Sheehan ?At the end of the day a manager is here to do a job and get us maximum points on the board, abusing a manager in the meantime for the performance not being good is not a good look imo, of course performances of late and stats to go with it are terrible but I don’t think it gives people the right to abuse him for trying, if he fails and the owners feel it’s time for a change now or in 3 months then we should support the manager, but before we scored the 2nd yesterday the ground was booing and it was turning, performances are part of people wanting to pay money at the ground and be entertained which it is not currently and the reason we have such low numbers attending, the south stand has barely anyone there, I’ll still attend matches and buy a season ticket every season no matter what but what’s on show at present isn’t good.
We've been like it for years mun, because people left early 10 years ago against Man Utd, keep up munThe first twenty minutes of the second half were as quiet as I have ever heard it for a league game.
I said it somewhere else on another thread, it was a scene of loads of fans slouched in their seats with their feet on the back of the empty seat in front of them.
Another thing that’s bemused me today is the amount of people saying he didn’t know what he was doing by getting Idah ready to come on before Vipi scored his second.
How the fuck was he supposed to know that then when the game was stuck at 1-1 and he was about to take off a shattered Vipi who had run himself into the ground for fresh legs in Idah to try and get the win.
Can you imagine what he’d be being called today if the game had finished 1-1 and he hadn’t have made any changes.
Absolute wankers.![]()
I thought I could hear boos and jeers on the box through the Norwich radio feed when we were passing side and back shortly before Vips goal. Was that not happening? I was so pleased to see that rattle in. So unexpected, so relieving. The first twenty minutes of the second half were as quiet as I have ever heard it for a league game.

People leaving the ground early is never going to change. Doesn't matter who the opposition is or what the score is , there are always early leavers, think the Forest play off game may have been an exception. Always stay till the final whistle myself . Think there was only a few thousand left in the ground in that incredible match v Palace. We've been 2-1 up against Man United in the past and people have been leaving the ground with 10 minute left to play.
Yesterday's atmosphere wasn't any different from usual. I agree abut some people writing Sheehan off in his first managerial blip.

Same as you, regardless of the result I always stay until the end.People leaving the ground early is never going to change. Nah, it woke him up.Didn’t you cheer when the second goal went in then?
Maybe I misread it then but I thought I saw some comments on here about fans abusing him onlineWhere has there been abuse of Sheehan ?
I have seen some criticism of his tactics etc but no personal abuse.
I like him..he has a humility we havent seen in any if our managers for a long time but the footabll he has presented us this season is different to that which got him the full time job.
I wasnt impressed by his use of the preseason and our performances dictated by his selections, tactics and game management have not endeared me with confidence.
That said I will continue to turn up aand support my team but that doesnt mean I cant be critical....after all ....last season Williams received the same and still does from some.
There was 100% booing it was clear as day in the stadium, Vip scored then.I thought I could hear boos and jeers on the box through the Norwich radio feed when we were passing side and back shortly before Vips goal. You might be right there are possibly those on twatter doing soMaybe I misread it then but I thought I saw some comments on here about fans abusing him online
Definitely be critical though that’s the whole point if performances ain’t good enough then everyone is in their right to voice their concerns, I was just on about if people are full on abusing the bloke.

Can you please explain to me where the lack of respect on my part has been.Winning also excites fans something that has been rare this season.......there are some if us who have watched the Swans a lot longer than you....and seen some worse bilge under the likes if Harry Gregg but attractive football with results under Harry Griffiths ,Toshack
Other folks can have an opinion repesct them you never do
