Tan has slashed their budgets in line with the drop in income and they're currently likely to be scrapping it out for free transfers on low wages.

I said when they got relegated that they might not have hit rock bottom yet. Nothing I've seen there this Summer has changed my mind.

The club has gone from doing almost everything wrong and flying head first to a doom loop, to really having a go, thinking outside of the box, addressing glaring issues and bringing a great feel back.
