I haven't a bone in my body that is racist, but if things are evened out, as people seem to want now, then how do we solve this? Should just 3% of players be black?
What about the Jews in the financial world. Should the numbers be cut so as to allow others in?

The reason for a high percentage of black players I'm sure is cultural. Football is the sport of choice amongst black kids, which probably also explains the lack of black rugby and cricket players in comparison. Plus the majority of black footballers come from Africa / Europe, so comparing it with the British population of blacks is redundant. Either way, black players aren't converting into black managers for some reason
