• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Gutted for him, he's clearly been thinking about giving it a go outside the USA for some time & to pick up that injury almost as soon as he got here is terrible luck

gutted, really thought he'd be our trump card and be the difference between 2nd and 3rd

Was just about to post the same mate.

I'm gutted, truly gutted for the fella.

Life is a bit of a shit.

Hope he has a speedy and successful recovery.

He definitely looked like our type of player, and seemed a really decent hard working guy too. Hope he makes a full recovery. Good luck Jordan. YJB!

I really do feel sorry for the player - obviously desperate to succeed and sustaining a serious injury in a foreign county.
Speedy and full recovery wished for.
What I don't go along with is the expectation he'd have made a huge difference to the side.
Maybe he would have but we don't know.
He is an unknown quantity with no senior club experience outside the Seattle although he does have 39 international caps - no mean feat.

I’m gutted him and gutted for us but reading the internet/social media etc you’d swear someone had died.

And we'd signed, and lost, Pele.

I'm really sad for him given the circumstances around everything, but much worse happens every second of every day without any reaction at all. I blame Diana Spencer...well not her exactly, but the ridiculous OTT reaction to a sad event that has just snowballed. I also blame social media. Pile of shite. The sooner we're under the Chinese jackboot and it's closed down the better.
