Was going to post the same. Absolute idiocy. No doubt the usual suspects will be along. Hardly anyone dies, it's a mild disease, Sweden.

How has Amy coped Darran-must be scary for you all? (if you pardon my intrusion)

Amy has hardly been outside the door or the car since the beginning of March.

One couple from Pontypridd said: "It's nice to be able to get out and do something for once. There's not much else to do at the moment.

"All the pubs and restaurants are closed at the moment, cinemas, so this is about the only real thing we can get out and do really.

"Most people I know are staying quite local, within half-hour, an hour's drive. No one is really going much further than that."

How stupid are these people?

I thought that may be the case. The right thing to do, as you well know.

My best wishes to her.

My uncle who has encephalitis (a strain that only he has in the entire UK), picked up the virus from his wife three weeks ago, thankfully he only had mild symptoms (on top of E.coli). His consultant was amazed.

What’s the rules regarding travelling to ‘exercise’? Genuine question, I’ve no f*cking idea anymore.

It’s frightening and you’ve got all these tossers denying it.

Completely winds me up. Some people are so selfish while others think they are above the law, I hope the good Constables of Dyfed Powys throw the book at them and tell them to clear off sharpish, those that don’t get their car towed away.

I have family members caring for Covid patients in a Welsh hospital. They are dedicated to their job and put their patients wellbeing above their own, staffing levels in the NHS are challenging to say the least and as staffing levels contract patient numbers are increase. One of these individuals is asthmatic, but they rock up to work day in day out to do their bit to help others. That person is now Covid positive and self isolating along with 2 other members of their family who have also tested positive for Covid. Great Christmas for some ......not.

Some people are making or have made big sacrifices and others are complete and utter selfish @@@@@@@.

Edit, pressed submit too early.

Indeed. You stay safe and look after yourself and the family, NPT isn’t in a good place at the moment. I know of 2 teenagers who’ve lost a parent to Covid, it’s very frightening and these deniers do my head in, they need to be dragged in to hospitals to do a couple of shifts on the front line.
