He was released no charge, because the police haven’t got any basis to arrest him , so they use the terrorism charge, which has absolutely no chance of sticking. It’s funny how stupid the police are these days.

I feel sorry for the police, they are in a difficult position. They don’t want the building or their cars filmed and I get it. This guy has just turned up looking to stir up some trouble, he’s asking for Welsh speakers and he can’t even pronounce the words correctly himself.

Nothing new here,there a hundred of these on YouTube, not sure if they are just WUM, or just testing the application of the laws in this country.
Which ever way, it does seem that it is tying up police resources, or maybe in some instances the police should just ignore them as theres nothing they can do about it, as you are entitled to film in a public space.
