The police in this country have now been politicised.
They should have asked that guy what he was doing, he would have replied‘taking photos’ the police should have just said’ have a nice day ‘ and gone. That guy would have soon got bored.

How can someone who is peacefully taking photos/videos be described at committing breach of the peace, obviously the police don’t think he is, over wise they wouldn’t have arrested him under anti terrorism legislation, would they. God you are dull lol

I always thought this kind of video, and similar type were just to expose that the general public are filmed and cannot question, yet as soon as anyone turns a camera on someone in authority, they start acting strangely.

The you tube camera man wasn't very good at it, but to arrest him on terrorism charges was poor.

I've seen films on you tube where a photographer is just taking pictures/video of the outside of a police station, and arrested! Surely the police know that anyone who really posed a threat to them could covertly take as many pictures/video to their hearts content.

He's one of many that are going around doing this sort of thing in South Wales, they call it auditing, the massive f*cking gimps. I'd love to see new legislation brought out so that they can really get prosecuted for it big time.

You don’t need to commit a crime to be locked up for a Breach of the Peace, officers can arrest in anticipation of a Breach of the Peace taking place. It’s common law.
