They're not looking to charge him with it, it is to get him locked up for a couple of hours.

Of course, it's obvious. And that's where the problem lies, you can't just use a law like that to teach some annoying person a lesson, unless there is a specific law in place.

I wish he hadn't but I have him on ignore now. First time I've used it on this new(ish) forum.
