Statistics site shows perspective on our season so far

Seeing it like that is useful, thank you.

We've been unlucky in a couple of those 1-0s. We didn't deserve to lose at either Sheffield United or Burnley. Don't think we could have much complaint in the others though.

We seem to be a lot more competitive this season against the bigger clubs. It's not translating into results yet, but when you think of some of the thumpings we've had against Fulham, Bournemouth, Leicester etc in the last few years, we are making a little bit of progress.

Hopefully January sees an investment in our well known problem areas to help reverse those results at home

Frustrating as should have had 3pts against Stoke & Millwall, and 1pt against Sheffield & Burnley

Played 5 of the top 9 away already... plenty of winnable fixtures remaining

Interesting chart that probably indicates presently that a top 6 challenge is very much an outside bet.
Bit of attacking in comings in January without losing anyone of note, playing those red blocks at home and it coukd all turn quickly.

Confidence is getting there within the fan base, I just hope this new lot taking over can be more proactive and hands on........surely that can't be as difficult as it sounds considering how bad Levien and Kaplan were!?

And all 1-0 thrashings, if only we could score - lol!

8 scoreless games out of 15. That’s the stat that’s killing us, along with conceding a points losing goal in eight of them. Crud’s, Wurzels, Stoke, Weds and Milly were as much down to selection, tactics and subs as anything. Things seem to be looking up there now. Franco even played a whole game and we were bloody unlucky at turf moor. I’m hoping for a continued uptick after the break.
