Denmark is quite etched in my memory. I went to our 1-0 defeat there by road in 1987 and was on a ferry home during the great storm of Oct 14th that year.

21 hours on a ferry for a 4 hour crossing. Never been so ill in my life.

A few years ago we visited Copenhagen for 5 days, then took a train to Stockholm for another 5.
Fantastic places both. If we were younger and didn't have the family ties we'd love to relocate to Scandinavia.

Stockholm lovely. The darkness of the winters though …

Agreed not a fraud. But his style of football sent me to sleep. Yes it got us to playoffs, but it was like Sunday driving. Slow and boring. But effective,
