Summer Transfer Window

I think there is considerably less chance of a slow start for Widell, than there was for Eom.
Wouldn't disagree on that. Eom had only just turned 22 when he joined us and I bet it was a massive culture shock coming from South Korea to Swansea 🤣

It's such a big thing for these young lads, moving to a new country from home in most cases and then having the expectancy to just perform must be a huge pressure on them.

Yes, the impact is under estimated by many.

I honestly find it a bit mad that people are so keen to keep Allen. I appreciate he's a Swans boy, but we've got to take the rose-tints off, and realise that we're advocating for the club to spend (I am guessing here) at least £10k a week on a 35 year-old second-choice midfielder who is unable to play a full game of football.

Could you imagine if this was someone we were looking to sign over the Summer? 'He's great, but only has half a game in him, and will retire next year. Also, he'll earn more than half the squad'.

I love the bloke, but we have to move on.
Pay as you play for both and I would keep them on, small price to pay for their impact and experience of the club

He has come on leaps and bounds towards the end of the season as well. Proper player there and thats only just coming to the forefront now. Think putting on some muscle has really really helped his game!

After the weekend we should be working on Peterboro's Hector Kyprianou and Matty Pearson from Huddersfield.

Kyprianou may have been a Coleman target in January so RM may go different direction.

Pearson, 6ft 3, Avg 6.5 goals a season last 4 years, 31 yrs old, 6 yrs championship experience. Add experience.

Both on a free.

Others like Joe Low, Galbraith have to wait until play offs over

Salech would be a good pick up, 8 goals for them up the road since he joined in January, in a shocking team.

I saw a report yesterday suggesting we may back in for a loan for Bobby Clark, ex-Liverpool youngster from Red Bull Salzburg. Can't find the source.
