Summer Transfer Window

I have had my say on OB, and what he brought to the club etc. If anything positive is to come of this, it's a reminder to other clubs what we can do with loans and resell value. Wasn't brewster the last one we did well with? Yes we don't benefit with money, but it's a good way to show that we all benefit. Hopefully this means better quality loans now.
Guehi as well. We did have a bit of a reputation for taking youngsters on loan and turning them into saleable assets which benefitted a number of clubs quite nicely

Of course. Thinking about it, last few season have been shocking with loans. 2021 was far the best. 1000032379.jpg

to get enough VFM out of £8m you'd need to sign at least 3 players, on our budget
liverpool passed on Bellingham and signed 2 other MF instead, for the same cost or less
That worked!

They didn't really pass on Bellingham as he made it clear he wanted to go to Real Madrid and Liverpool were never in the running, but I do agree that we shouldn't (and won't) spend anything near £8m on O'Brien.

They're trying to force a rivalry with us for their cringe tv show.
You can see it now. No doubt. It's not a derby, people need to put this to bed. Irrelevant on what happens, what Swansea has achieved against any other club not just in status, but what we have achieved on all levels, managers, players (Wales international) and beyond. It's a joke to even try and compare.

Chester is thier derby, Chester is almost in Wales, Wrexham is almost in England
Swansea v Wrexham, just another game.

Best batch we have had for loans in a while.

Some of those were quite forgettable
Others have gone on to become England internationals and you would like to think the Swans played a part in that

It doesn't fail to escape me though how many were brought in under Martin and then promptly ignored and left to rot for 6-12 months. Oko Flex was a classic example of this

Some are agree, but

Morgan
Woodman
Guehi
Vicktor

4 out of 8 not to shabby. Sagoe Jr from Arsenal was a shocker too.
