Summer Transfer Window

Well given he was both player of the season and young player of the season for League 1 last year in his first season and he’s only 22 he’s not going to cost too much less than that sort of figure I’d imagine.
Kone is going into the last year of his contract so if Wycombe don't cash in now, they could lose him for free this time next year so they may have to settle for the best deal they can get provided the player is happy with the terms and it could be quite a bit less than the £5m they want.

Being reported by Graeme Bailey that we’ve made a couple of bids for Kone, the latest being 4.5m. If Wycombe are going to let him go for less than 5m, that’s about as high as anyone can go. Fingers crossed we can get this one done, be nice to have a new striker in for Boro.

Indy already shooting it down

I don’t trust anyone out there for Swans transfer news apart from Vital Swansea and Tom Coleman. If those two say something, more often than not it’s accurate.

You can’t back out now 🤣
All we need now is Nice to Michu to add his weight to NJ. No other source gets close. Certainly not any ‘look at me’ smegs shouting the odds about how great they are. Empty vessels and all that.
