Here's a picture of the Swansea Youth team coached by John, who won a Youth Tournament in Holland (early 1970's) - beating Borussia Mönchengladbach 21-20 on penalties.

I was lucky enough to meet John many times - when he was down the Vetch coaching the Swans youngsters in the early 1970's.

I was lucky enough to meet John many times - when he was down the Vetch coaching the Swans youngsters in the early 1970's.

Great photo and you can see what a giant he was. I recognise Speedy and Charlo in the photo.
