Season ticket wouldn't scan in turnstile.

Told by steward to go to ticket office.

Queued up for nearly an hour outside/inside ticket office.

After much abuse someone decided to print off paper tickets for each season ticket card.

Season tickets taken off everyone.

Ticketmaster are a fecking joke and didn't want to know.

Missed first half hour of game.

Also did you have a mobile ?
I had my old ST with me and the mobile. Used the qr code on my phone and worked great.
Sorry you had problems mate, but must say long queue on my gate and flew in. Much better than old system

Hope they get it sorted for Tuesday night. It's all I can do to walk to gate 27 East stand without going and queueing to the ticket office and back.

I used the card, my boys went through in front of me but mine wouldn’t scan first couple of times and then it just worked when orientated longwise. Teething problems.

Was it just your turnstile that had a problem?
Wembley was the same - codes didn't work and staff opened the access door for us.

None of the season tickets in my group worked. Had to use the qr code on my phone. This was problematic though because one of out group was using someone else's season ticket for the night and didn't have the qr code. We were late though and were being scanned by the stewards by one of the doors, so in the confusion he just walked in. Needs to be sorted by Tuesday.

We all used the phone app which worked perfectly, sounds like that's a better option than the old cards.
Not an option if you don't have a smartphone though.

Why didn't they have ticket office staff by the turnstiles sorting out problems as fans were trying to enter the stadium instead of people having to queue up for an hour outside ticket office ?

They did have staff at the turnstiles but they couldn’t do anything about non working cards etc. as they didn’t have laptops etc. to check your account.

We used app for one account and card for the other and both worked

No excuse for the turnstile problems, but have to ask yourself how many wandered out of the pubs a few minutes before kick off.
I wasnt early and many were going into The Railway and The Wern then
