I don't think there'll be a ban on alcohol sales from shops, there will be uproar, especially at Christmas time. Maybe a limit, but I don't see how that'll fix anything. It's been a shit enough year as it is, they won't stop people sipping on their xmas whiskey while they are stuck in the house and can't go anywhere.

Good to see them address it so quickly, it smelled of a facebook 'prank' from a mile off, but they spread amongst people that just take bullshit at face value at warp speed these days. There'd be people looting.
