Nothing to do with being entitled. The best team doesn't always win.
We were awful in the final & never looked like competing, we huffed & puffed a bit at the start of the second half but never looked like scoring.
I seem to remember Reading scoring twice & being millimetres away from equalising, no comparison really.

Ayew should have scored with a header. So we did look like scoring. Of course with 10 men it was harder but he missed a golden opportunity.

Brentford were already in the Premier League at that point, if Ayew had scored then they would have had to get out of fifth gear for a couple of minutes, an absolute shìtshower from start to finish.

How do you know Piroe was a Cooper signing then? Have I missed something? From memory he didn’t seem to give a toss when he was announced as he knew, as he had done for weeks before, he was off.

Or are we just assuming because Scott has now gone to Forest it was both himself and Cooper who worked on getting him?

He’d been trying to sign him for ages. He was a Dutch youth player when Cooper was with the England youth setup. Obafemi was his as well.

Hopefully he’s got control of the purse strings at Forest then, get a deal done for Piroe early.

So you reckon Cooper told the team to go out, huff and puff a bit, but don't try and win the biggest game most of you have ever been involved in. Really? Sometimes a game doesn't go your way, players off the boil, stage fright, whatever, but to suggest that the manager bottled it is complete and utter nonsense. The team didn't play as well as they could have, it happens.
Of course I don't think Cooper said anything like that, it was the reality though.
I'm sure he was disappointed with the way we played as well. As manager he has to accept responsibility.
I never said he bottled it, I said we were awful & stand by that.

We were lucky to be only 2 down at half time, Toney nearly added a third.
Brentford cruised through the second half without really looking troubled.
Yes Ayew had a chance but we failed to hit the target in 90 minutes which is unforgivable in a play off final.

We are still paying the price for Gonzo's foray into playing real life Championship Manager

Obviously off topic, but what does this mean for Cardiff?

Basically they are passing the bucket around thier fanbase

A penny per share?
Yeah that's a desperation move to raise funds

It may not mean anything. Whether you issue a billion shares at a penny, or 10 million £1 shares, it amounts to the same thing, if all other things remain equal.

The issue will be whether there are any other minority shareholders apart from Uncle Vinnie, and whether they are able or happy to participate.

Obviously this is the sort of thing the Trust would need be vigilant against, if new shares are issued at such a low comparison to market value. I doubt the other shareholders would view any threat of the Trust to cry unfair prejudice in court as entirely credible.

One note though, this is actually investment in the football club, which is more than our current ownership model has managed.

From what I've seen the Cardiff fans think this is Tan converting debt into equity? It all goes well over my head, but to be fair to the bloke, despite the stick he gets off their incredibly thick fans he doesn't half chuck the cash in to keep them going.

Bet he regrets ever getting involved in the first place. Football clubs are a money pit at the best of times, now hes just chasing his losses.
