In terms of work permits btw, I’m genuinely struggling to understand how the coaches that were named in here and elsewhere get work oermits.

Ever Matos himself doesn’t meet the automatic criteria - I’m certain he will get an exemption. But the others?

if boro haven’t announced hellberg , maybe due to work permit delay it could be another few days even a week before work permit for matos is granted. Not sure how these things work , but hellberg never worked out of Sweden whilst matos has worked in the uk before so matos work permit may be processed quicker. ? Anybody know if this is how it works ?

We chased, watched and all but signed him but forgot about checking if he was capable of getting a WP and/or seeing if he qualified with criteria as a non WP signing

Matos will be fine though.
