Just Googled it, sounds bloody lovely. Do they do them in the Jenkins in Neath?

Nothing could ever top an Eynons minced beef pie, or one of their pastys, as a young boy in the 70's I'd go to town with my gran and we'd always go to Eynons cafe for a bite to eat, back then I'd always have some ice cream.

Sadly Eynons disappeared some years ago

To be fair, was that Lewis’s fault or the person serving it? Lewis pies straight from the bakery in the Sandfields were absolutely wonderful.

Bought a pastie in the Harry Griffiths bar one game started eating it and noticed a bit of mildew, took it back and showed Sue the offending patch of mildew, she promptly tore off the furry patch of pastry then handed it back saying "there you go mate"
