The Best 5 Strikers in Swansea City History

I Know none of us were alive to see him play but I think Jack Fowler gets over looked in the best ever striker debate 102 goals in 167 app is none too shabby

My grandfather used to talk about him. Apparently the Crowd would sing Fow Fow Fow Fowler, Score a little goal for me...

I agree with everyone from my time! Apart from I'd have piroe for sinclair and just missing out andre ayew!

Torpey, bird, watkin, trundle, Scotland, sinclair, Graham, Michu, bony, Andre ayew, mcburnie and piroe the better goalscorers since my first live game in 1994

Plus Cyril Pearce who still holds the record for us, scoring 35 league goals (40) in the 1931-32 season in Div 2 (Champ) - and in total scored 43 goals in 55 appearances.

His overall career total wasn't shabby either - 117 league goals in 150 matches.

Interesting stuff but clearly written from someone with no real experience before this century. For me I would take out Scotland and Sinclair moving in Curtis and possibly allchurch (although not old enough to have seen him play)

Someone said piroe? lol

The "X" generation would not have seen the likes of Ivor,Gwyther,Waddle and Latchford .
Latchbwas especially great abd didnt he get his highest goal tally in the season we were relegated from the old First Division?
I’m gen x and I saw both waddle and latchford

Judith Chalmers or the Toffee Bob Latchford for us old farts who stood on the NB back in the dark days .

Herbie and Dai Gwyther will always be remembered as legends and still be by fading memories .

Just throw in Michu as box office viewing , a Laudrup masterpiece of a signing .
