The Euro 2024 Thread

Terrible pitch, but Denmark don’t seem to be having much of an issue with it.
The Danes are the better team so far

Engo will nick this. Nailed on.
The other 'big' teams in this tournament have done so - Italy, Netherlands, Portugal. You'd expect England to have good enough players to do the same. Be funny if they don't.

On that evidence, Denmark is a better bet to win the tournament than England (neither will). It really wouldn't bother me if England won the Euros (they won't). I'm too long in the tooth to care, but you have to say when England fails, the meltdown in the media/social media is a thing to behold.

Jason Cunty, anyone? 😂

Considering his squad. England should really be doing better under Southgate. Trouble is he has his favourites so he'll fit them in where he can . No recognised LB either.

Rice has been awful. Bellingham absent and Foden not having luxury club players around him.

He plays Trent and sticks with Gallagher as the default sub.

Anyway not our problem 🙂

I was just thinking that I'm looking forward to the England fans social media meltdown that is no doubt underway already.

Ignoring the fact that they have 4 points, are practically guaranteed to progress and only have to beat Slovenia to win the group.
