The Four Playoff Teams

Christ, there’s some pessimism and negativity on here, and that other forum. We’ve done the double on Barnsley, drawn home and away to Brentford, a draw and a loss to Bournemouth.
So, in 6 games against the 3 other play off clubs we’ve lost one.
Everyone is fecking giving up without a ball being kicked in the play offs.

Have you watched our recent games? Optimism is hard to find at the moment.

It's got to the point where, with three games to go, we're in with a great shout of making the playoffs, I can only speak for myself, but I'm not looking forward to the run in, and really can't be arsed if we manage to get back to the promised land.
Perhaps lockdown has taken the edge off it for me, perhaps it's the way Cooper has gone about things the past 18 months...

Either way I'll be watching on Sunday.

Bournemouth were comprehensively outplayed by a Brentford team who had only won twice in 10 games.

We're not up against Barcelona here. It's Bournemouth, Brentford and Barnsley. Plus guess what...we could go above these giants of the game today!

You're always one game from optimism or pessimism. Even if we were significantly weaker than those teams (which the table clearly shows we are not), the playoffs are just a couple of games, not a whole season, and luck can smile or scorn.
