• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

Just grow a beard and save a fortune, robbing b*stards (must say mine is looking quite magnificent atm :)

I use Bic disposables, one (10p a shot?) lasts me about a fortnight, decent shave.
F*ck Gillette.
Good for you, my wife bought me the Gillette and I've been brought up to be thankful of any gift I receive, so I use it and happen to think it's decent 👍

Well done your wife, you're lucky to have her. I just don't like paying through the nose for heavily TV advertised American products, but then again I can be a tight fecker!

A good shave in fairness, the replacement blades don't come cheap though...
I use Harry's razors on my barnet. They can be quite costly, seem to last for a while though.

The bread knife likes me with a bit of stubble, so I bought one of those beard trimmers.

Not that I have or can grow any sort of beard.

That's where I am these days, a week to ten days growth with the extremities tidied up with a trimmer. I am rarely clean shaven.

Rough and rugged look, the Shelias love it.

I grew a beard on my honeymoon 45 years ago and use a trimmer every two to three weeks.

I must have saved a fortune in razor blades over the years.

I can't stand it, I leave mine grow for maybe a week 10 days until I can't stand it anymore and off it comes, looks a right scruff with the whiskers, funnily enough it was my mates 60th on Wednesday so I had a shave before going over to enjoy the festivities :ROFLMAO:
