Swans 3 Oxford 3
Scorers Eom, Ronald , Cullen ,
Tymon 3 assists .

Looking at the team that started against Oxford to the team against Norwich Saturday
Just 4 changes would have been 3 if Key was fit to start .
Burgess for Delcroix .
Stamenic for Joey
Yalcouye for O'Brien .

After all the transfers in and out last summer this surprised me .
The difference now is the quality on the bench who are all starters
Widell
Walta
Idah
Cullen
Out injured Galbraith , Inoussa .

Subs against Oxford who came on .
Ollie Cooper
Kyle Naughton
Ben Lloyd
Sam Parker
Liam Cullen

And yet position wise and points wise there hasn't been a great deal of improvement or progress.
Everybody was basically gifted an extra 6 points because of Sheffield Wednesday aswell.

When you start to look beneath the surface layer of just points and league position and instead you take into account other factors such as underlying numbers, money spent, the general poor quality of the division this season you could even argue we've gone backwards.

When you take into account the starting point of Matos taking over there is a considerale improvement .
The away win at Sheffield Wednesday was with Sheehan as manager .
