The nepotism of calling up and playing your way over the hill son over proper players will take some beating. This bunch won’t be remembered long into the future like many Lions tours.
Beating the worst Australian side in a generation is one thing, but Farrell calling his over the hill son up goes against everything the British Lions stand for. Shameful. The nepotism of calling up and playing your way over the hill son over proper players will take some beating.
Lions were down to the bare bones at the end of todays game mind, there's a lot of very sore bodies in that Lions camp tonight, that fact that they're probably having a good swig is nulling the pain no doubt, but tomorrow morningBeating the worst Australian side in a generation is one thing, but Farrell calling his over the hill son up goes against everything the British Lions stand for. Shameful.
Tom Curry was awesome in all three tests in fairness Jac played very well when he came on as well, is time will come in 4 yrs time.I lost interest in this extremely quickly, to the point where I didn’t even watch it yesterday. Whilst I’m a bit of a sore loser and not starting Jac Morgan annoyed me, I also thought that the rugger was uninspiring. Picking Farrell was the last straw. Filed under ‘meh’.
I still think Jac Morgan was a nailed on start in the back row.Tom Curry was awesome in all three tests in fairness Jac played very well when he came on as well, is time will come in 4 yrs time.
The 2nd Test was what the sport of Rugby is all about, it was a cracking game, first Test was a bit of a damp squib until the Lions switched off and Australia came back into the game.
Yesterday's game was well contested as well pity it was a game to far for the Lions after winning the series.
