It’s a brilliant format and was desperately needed. Some big guns not having it their own way which is fantastic to see.

No split kick off times for next week. Expect some chaos.

18 games about to kick off at the same time. Shitloads of qualification issues to be decided. The next couple of hours could be tremendous entertainment.

Which provider is presenting this the best?

TNT show hurting my eyes.

Can't take your eyes off the Goals Show.

Just non stop action and entertainment. Might actually be better than watching one game. But that could be because watching the Swans has destroyed my ability to focus on one match for 90 mins. Anyway. Great fun.

The new format has opened the competition right up. We could see winners other than so the called "top sides".

The big boys are going to have to earn their places in the later rounds now, brilliant.

Make the most of it because this won't happen again. Next year you'll see the big boys taking it very seriously from day one to make sure they get top 8.

I think a lot of them either didn't understand the new system or didn't care, thinking they could just grow into the group stage gradually. City and Madrid will be furious that they've put themselves in a position where they could be without European football before the end of February. No chance that's happening next year.
