• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

Shocking display, fair play. Needs a couple of changes. Ramsey and Mepham off. Moore and Johnson on
Hopefully it’s nerves and a slagging off at half time will knock it out of them

The reality of that 1st half is our boys have choked.
We need to stop staring into the headlights and get our own game on.
I can't think of any Wales player who stood out as having a strong half.

Bale has misplaced quite a lot of easy passes.
Ramsey anonymous.
James towards the end of the half had two occasions when 1v1 with the fullback and didn't try to take him on.
Wilson as a false nine has completely backfired.

I was worried that the USA would be a lot better than people seemed to think, but I wasn't expecting us to be that bad.

It's looking (albeit based on just 45 minutes) that this is a tournament too far for our stars of 2016. Allen injured, Bale and Ramsey look closer to 40 than their actual ages. Only Ben Davies is still at that level.

Brennan Johnson definitely needed, probably Moore too, although he's as likely to get sent off as score. I'm not sure Page has the tactical knowledge needed to turn this game around.
