• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler
    Owner, jackarmy.net

Just watched a Saints player just about hurdle a tackle on the halfway line, he left the player who tried to foul him trailing 3-4 yards behind and they had a 3 on 2 situation. Instead of driving on and taking advantage, he looked over his shoulder to the ref asking for the foul, lost momentum, then gave it away with a crap pass. If he'd carried on driving forward another 10 yards they had hell of a chance to score.

Players don't half make some brainless decisions sometimes.

Referee indicating to his shoulder and it was a blatant hand ball half way along the players arm.

The only certain thing in this game is that the referee is appalling.

Very tetchy game. Even the managers had a go at one another while the ref was talking to the both of them to get them to calm down! Wouldn't be surprised if it all kicks off in the second half, specially if Downes comes on, the dirty fecker.
something went on onthe pitch , one of the boro players told a saint to shut his mouth, something must have gone on for ayling to go ape, thats why the managers were approached.

Boro defender Luke Ayling accuses Southampton's Taylor Harwood-Bellis of "discriminatory language" during first-half exchange
