• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

    Phil Sumbler

The Preston Party Thread!

Maybe if they linked it to a train ticket from London you might have attended the match.
On Tuesday?

Nope.

Some of us need to be elsewhere. They’d have had to provide a helicopter from Kent (where I will still be at 6pm on Tuesday when my meeting finishes) to Swansea before the match and back again in time for me to be in the City for another meeting at 8am on Wednesday.

And the days of me breaking my neck up and down motorways in one evening to see a football match are gone anyway.

I’ve put my time in thanks.

This is equally bizarre and beautiful

Preston North End must be confused

Thank God for that. I thought ‘that’s not Huggy Bear unless I’ve lost my marbles’
There was a remake I think. I seem to remember Owen Wilson was David Soul and no idea who was Starsky. Didn’t realise Snoop was Huggy Bear to be honest. Didn’t see it.

Loved that show when I was a kid.

Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller 😉

The reason why this has 'sold' out is because, by all accounts, the club are giving away tickets left right and centre.

Presumably they want the stadium to look full when they do all the Snoop social media stuff.

Very few people have decided too go out and buy a ticket because Snoop Dogg is there.

Is that true?

8am meeting? That’s against your human rights and you should sack whoever organised it.

They've apparently been giving tickets to local football clubs and people going on the half term football camps.

Although I have also heard a few people say that Snoop had bought them to give them away.

Ah, that makes sense. They’re often in things together. Ben Stiller there really does look quite a lot like Paul Michael Glaser!
Yeah it's actually not bad film. Think alot of people might be suprised how much Snoop has done and is massive in America. Even tried his hands at wrestling. And made a few small appearances, 😂
