• Thank you very much | Diolch yn fawr

All at JackArmy.net would like to thank everyone who has played a part on this site over the past 25 years whether that is through writing, contributing, moderating, posting or just visting and reading.

Without any of you the work that has gone into the site would have been pointless and we will always be proud that we built, generated and managed a community that was such a big part of the Swansea City supporting life for so long.

It has been a pleasure to bring to you the site for so long but the time is now right to turn the lights out for the last time but we do it both with a heavy heart and a sense of pride driven by the so many messages received since we announced the closure.

The site will remain here for a period until we archive and mothball it for the last time later this summer but all aspects are in a read only format.

Thank you though for all the memories

The Preston Party Thread!

Exactly some people will always find fault, no matter what.

I hope it doesn't rain on Tuesday, the owners will get the blame for people getting wet.
It’s a record attendance for the stadium.
“No it’s not, the rugby is”

Club release new range of club / snoop gear.
“Cheap rubbish”

Club announce sell out for Tuesday.
“Should have linked the game to the next 36 games”

And on and on and on…

It's not a conspiracy theory.

The whole Snoop thing hinges on social media reach, presumably to bring in better sponsorship. Therefore him coming has to look good on social media.

Tell me when the last time was the club gave away free tickets to the extent they have been for this game. And it's just a coincidence?
What extent are these free tickets, and I want to see your workings out.

We gave away free tickets to anyone who wanted them for two games earlier this season. I put the link on here for people.

Yes, yes I do.

Show me how many tickets we’ve given away and to whom we’ve given them.

I've told you already that they've given them to local football clubs who then distribute them amongst the kids and parents. Pretty standard practice. It's what they often do when the women play at the stadium.

Can you show me how many tickets we've sold purely because Snoop Dogg is there??

The ball is too round, the grass is too green

As I thought.

I’m out.

I always find it funny when we have a proper goalscoring CF, the club get criticised for the CF scoring the majority of the goals.

When we have a CF that provides but not scores a tonne, the club get criticised for not having a proper goalscorer.

I've spoken to at least half a dozen people from different kids football clubs across different age groups who have been given/offered free tickets for Tuesday night.

Either they're lying or happen to be among the chosen few. Or more likely we are giving a load away. Which do you think is more likely?

You crack on and believe that people are paying £30 a pop to see Snoop Dogg wave at them though if that makes you feel better.

Well… I’ve swelled the attendance by 3.

I’ve had to force my mother to bring 2 of my kids who are obsessed with Snoop Dogg - because he’s on Fortnite or something?

I’ve promised them I’ll get him to sign a shirt too 🥴🤞🏻

I've figured it out! You're a member of the Bloods

Ask them do they know three of his songs, that’s what qualifies someone going to see him apparently.
