He has a special pass from the Late Queen herself. He was initially banned from coming to the UK many years back and when she was told that her favourite rapper was banned, she enabled for him to visit anytime he likes, well something like that. And smoke as much weed as he likes. Her, Paddington and Snoop used to go around the back of Buckingham Palace and light up a few in the Palace’s official Post Office in the evening.
