Ah right. So Parliament could legislate to give the regulator the power to seek to end the blackout. But parliament can’t legislate to end the blackout. Nothing to do with Parliament as it’s from a UEFA regulation. Parliament doesn’t have to legislate to end the clause. That clause is basically Parliament pontificating about something it has no power to change. Parliament does that an awful lot.It was a detail in the 'Football regulator' debate in July
