The Swans welcome Leeds United - can we dent their promotion hopes

Let's have no embarrassing applause for ex players before or during the game please, guys. Boos - yes!
By all means clap them after the game, if we've beaten them.

I hope that Rodon and Connor get a decent reception... Jacks through and through... I do wonder if games like this are difficult for them

No sentiment for me. Yes, they came through our ranks, but didn’t achieve anything here, not of their own making I must add.
IMHO, receptions are reserved for the likes of Freestone, who showed loyalty when we were absolutely rock bottom and he could’ve gone elsewhere.

They'll be cheered and clapped by our fans as they smash a goal in against us. The Swansea way.

Oh dear, I didn't think you were such a touchy soul, Jaxs.....
Nah I'm all good Peggy, takes a lot nowadays to get me going, I spent a lovely few days in Tossa de Mar many moons ago for the Swans pre - season under Roberto, loved every minute of it 🌞

Yes, those summer tours under Roberto were something special. Loved Palamos where we played a couple of matches. Me and my mates stayed in Palafrugell, a lovely little beach resort up the coast. In the morning, on the beach for a dip and a sunbathe, then a meal and a few beers, then going to watch the Swans play. Bluddy great.

I've been to Palafrugell. In 1989. I never thought I'd find someone else that had as it was total accident. Dancing in the square in the early hours with all the locals. Beautiful people and place. I thought the nearest beach was Lloret-de-mar (is that right?). Which was a fair trek. When we got back the San Mig fizzed down.

Anyway, the answer is no. We did however dent Southamptons promotion hopes, so it's an ill wind and all that.

My mistake, Monny, we were in Calella de Palafrugell, the seaside bit of Palafrugell which is a couple of k's inland.
If you ever get the chance, go there, it's a lovely little beach resort with restaurants right on the sand. The waves lap your toes as you eat your dinner.
