My mistake, Monny, we were in Calella de Palafrugell, the seaside bit of Palafrugell which is a couple of k's inland.
If you ever get the chance, go there, it's a lovely little beach resort with restaurants right on the sand. The waves lap your toes as you eat your dinner.

Ah that might have been the beach. We had tapas in a place called Chez Thomas with loads of Sangria. It was like an out of body experience.
